Vettura have been really pleasant to deal with, very concierge like in approach making sure everything happened timely, coaching me through the processes and when sale complete - delivered the car to the door quickly. Some quality and assurance in their outsourced servicing contractor could be useful, that let them down slightly (wrong oil and service indicator not reset) but otherwise I think an isolated incident with best intentions. Would definitely go back.
